Ray’s Hell Burger, Arlington, VA, has by far the best burger we’ve tried in town. The restaurant owner has a separate steak house and trims his own meat. The burgers here use very juicy cuts and they just melts in your mouth. Way better than other popular local burger chains like Five Guys and Elevation Burger. President Obama brought the Russia president here to try the burger out a few years back.

Note: 3/11/2013 Sad news, the restaurant is now closed due to landlord/tenant disputes. Ray sued the landlord and the landlord locked the restaurant up with no prior warning.
