El Chilango is a food truck permanently parked in Rosslyn VA, often at the cross street of 14th Street N. and N. Rhodes St. It’s very close to the Arlington Cemetery and Iwo Jima Memorial. We often swing by if we are passing by the neighborhood. Jesus, the owner, is really friendly. This is by far the best tacos “restaurant” in town. We visited several popular tacos place in San Diego and El Chilango beats them hands down. The Al Pastor is our favorite, followed by the “mixed,” a specialty not listed on the menu.
